Error Propagation Model Using Jacobian-Torsor Model Weighting for Assembly Quality Analysis on Complex Product

The assembly quality of a complex product is the result combined effects multiple manufacturing stages, including design, machining and assembly, it influenced by associated elements with coupling mechanisms. These generate transmit deviations during process which are difficult to analyze express effectively. Current studies have focused on analysis optimization surface errors single or few components, while lacking attention impact whole product. Therefore, in order solve above problem, an deviation (AQDA) model constructed this paper transfer products obtain key features optimize. Firstly, information extracted network established basis networks. Second, Jacobian-Torsor (J-T) introduced form edge weighting method suitable for objectively error propagation among part features. Third, (EPM) designed simulate diffusion processes network. Finally, aero-engine fan rotor used as example modeling analysis. results show that proposed can effectively identify determine points monitoring products, provide decision control.
